Our extensive range of cables come in various American Wire Gauge (AWG), also known as the Brown & Sharpe wire gauge which is a logarithmic stepped standardized wire gauge system used since 1857 predominantly in North America for the diameters of round, solid, nonferrous, electrically conducting wire. Dimensions of the wires are given in ASTM standard B 258.
This cable is excellent value, but heavy duty too - with a full 19+1 Pin configuration for maximum bit rate and improved performance over longer distances and still supporting up to 4k@30hz (Full HD), even at 15m. Combined with gold plated connectors and contact pins, plus 26AWG Pure Copper Core (Cu) rated cores for 8m and above - better than any comparable brands where normally only 28AWG is used on their 'Premium Range' of cables - this is a perfect choice for any installation.
Engineered to the highest standards, our premium HDMI cables are 3D ready and support high resolution up to 4k@30fps (hz). Plus, we offer a 2 Year Guarantee as standard and a LIFETIME WARRANTY on our HDMI Cables for picture and audio loss. Enjoy every second of your favourite films and TV scenes with our Premium High Definition Cables.

Please note: we expect a maximum attainable reach of 15m plus your original cable which is around 1.8m to 2m approximately to be used in series, or one of our own approved cables. You can potentially go further and we have tested both 15m Male to Male with 15m Male to Female with success at 1080P/HD Content as we have increased the AWG for any 8m to 15m length cable, to assist with this.
However, if you have a v1.4 Slim Cable (14+1 Pin Configuration) - these cannot be used with these thicker, higher standard 19+1 Pin Configured Cables as these are built differently and mixing the two can result in picture and audio loss or simply show as a black screen. Please adhere to our instructions and use only compatible products in line with these cables.
What is HDMI and Which HDMI Version do I need?
Simply visit: Wikipedia where in this knowledge base you will find all of the HDMI Series and their functions.
NB: All manufacturers will state in their manuals what cable is used, or you can find the information on their support pages of their website. Most devices are supplied with a cable of approximately 1.8m, of which on the side of the HDMI cable jacket you will find the specification, e.g. HDMI v1.4 High Speed Cable with Ethernet, or HDMI v2.0 High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet or you can email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01723 332269 and one of our advisers will be happy to help. Choosing the right cable and connection type is important, so please do not simply order because of appearance online or price. If in doubt please ask us as we do not offer free returns for incorrectly ordered items.
