When can I expect to receive my item?

All items are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Free Delivery is our economy delivery service, normally Royal Mail 2nd Class (RM48 Service) or a similar 2 - 3 day courier. In 98% of orders, you can expect to receive your items within this time.

If you have chosen an alternative delivery option such as Royal Mail 1st Class (RM24 Service) we would expect your item to arrive in 1 - 2 business days.

On occasion, we may choose to use a different method of posting, such as Hermes, TNT, UPS, DHL or other assigned courier if the size of the order exceeds 2kg. Delivery times are still within approximately 2 - 3 business days and you would be notified accordingly via your dispatch email.

What should I do if my item does not arrive within the estimated delivery time?

For any Free Delivery items, regardless of value, please allow an extra couple of days from the estimated delivery date - we normally ask for our customers to wait 5 business days in this instance, as local factors or during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays or Industrial Action can cause delays. This includes adverse weather and other unforeseeable events, such as alien invasions. After 10 days, if the item has still not been received, then simply contact us and we will look into it for you, replacing any lost items within 48 hours of acknowledging the receipt of your query.

Do you ship internationally or to Europe?

We are now offering shipping to Europe, however we cannot ship internationally outside the EU, unless you are a trade customer and the order is over £150.00 GBP.

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

Please call us to check availability, as we do tend to hold some stock back for emergencies and may be able to fulfil your order still.

Do you accept American Express?

No, we are only a small family run business and the charges for this service would mean that we would have to inflate our prices for all customers - which we do not think is fair.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, please choose this method at the checkout.

Why is there no retail packaging with my item?

Simply because we like to minimise the cost of production, to give you a top quality "product" and act as an Environmentally Friendly Company with an Eco Solution to minimise land fill and protect our planet. This also makes our retail prices considerably more favourable than most other competitors.

We do however offer EU Hanging Cards and Full Retail Boxes for companies authorised to sell under our brand name.

Is there any Warranty with the item I have purchased?

All products come with a warranty from date of purchase. This does not include cover for accidental damage or misuse of items.
