Shipping policy

UK Mainland

All items should be received within the estimated delivery times, however this is not guaranteed. Once an item is shipped it is in the hands of the courier services that we use to honour these estimated delivery dates.

We can only guarantee delivery for Next Day Services, where we will use an appropriate delivery service, e.g. DPD / UPS, when an order is placed before our cut-off time for same day dispatch. All other services, e.g. Royal Mail 24 or 48, for instance, are not guaranteed services, this includes tracked variations of the services offered via Royal Mail.

Please note that selecting Free Economy Delivery Service is via Royal Mail 48, also known as 2nd Class Mail.

In most cases items should arrive within the estimated delivery dates shown, however, at peak seasonal times such as Christmas and New Year, or around national bank holidays or couriers impacted due to unprecedented times, e.g. a pandemice such as coronavirus outbreak, these may be adversely affected.

We may from time to time choose to use alternate delivery services from our partners, such as UPS, TNT, DHL, Yodel, MyHermes and more.This is at the discretion of our team and may be required if other services fail to operate as they should. However, tracking information is provided with every order along with your sales invoice via electronic PDF.

International Delivery Options

With the United Kingdom now a member of the EU following Brexit, we now only offer fully tracked services, but offer our services to more destinations than ever. Shipping is based on volumetric weight and we've split our delivery options accordingly. You will be required to pay additional import fees and taxes, as per your governments own requirements as they enter the country. These are not collected in advance by us. All international orders are calculated without tax.

Deliveries that are returned to us, for non-collection of payment of any import fees, taxes & duties will be refunded for the product only excluding all postage costs, as this cannot be reclaimed by us and the service purchased has been used.

If a certain region or country arises that we are no longer able to serve or that evades our systems, the order will be cancelled in full and refunded accordingly.

Delivery queries

If you pay for Next Day delivery services and you are not in, or re-book the delivery for another day - we will not be able to refund the postage costs as you are given advanced notifications of when the item(s) are due to be delivered.

We do not operate weekends or Bank Holidays in England.

We can only resend or refund items that may appear to be lost, 15 business days in the UK, or 21 business day in any other country.

Events outside our control

When there is a pandemic, fuel or driver shortage, or at busy times of the year such as Easter, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Bank Holidays, Christmas & New Year - there will ultimately be some delays and this is noted all over the UK, if not the world. It is not us, but the courier services are affected themselves.

Once the item is shipped, it is down to them to fulfil their service. We are not responsible for any delays and during these times and we expect our customers to have patience and be mindful of this when placing orders too.
