- How many years warranty am I entitled to?
We offer a minimum of 12 Months Warranty as shown below:
- PRO4 Series - 36 Months
- Premium ‘Ooh-La-La’ Series – 24 Months
- Core ‘Tip-Top’ Series – 18 Months
- Basic ‘So-So’ Series – 12 Months (Also classed as 'outlet items' and anything on 'clearance')
- Power & Sound – 24 Months (unless otherwise stated).
- When can i expect to recieve my item?
All items are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday, orders must be placed by 3pm for same day dispatch.
If you choose a Next Day Service, this is only applicable Monday - Thursday, as Friday orders would be delivered on Monday. During adverse weather and other unprecedented times such as a pandemic, we cannot guarantee Next Day services but will Guarnatee within 1 - 2 business days.
For all UK orders - estimated delivery is by the end of the 3rd business day, however - these are estimated and not guaranteed.
All orders are subject to a 15 business day wait time if there has been no delivery confirmation (i.e. that an item is delayed in the post); before the item is declared lost. After this time we will then look to issue replacements as and where necessary. We may extend this to a maximum of 21 days in the UK, Channel Islands & Isles and Northern Ireland. and up to 31 days for ROW.
- Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, but please be advised that not all products can be shipped to every location, due to the type of product and certain IATA restrictions for shipping items, such as lithium batteries.
